The Diocese of Owensboro Archives is charged to collect, preserve, and make available the official and historical records of the Diocese of Owensboro, as well as those ancillary records which document the development and works of the Catholic Church within the diocese.
The Archives is open by appointment and welcomes research requests from the public. Please understand that the Archives staff is part time and it may take several days to respond to a request. Research requests may be submitted to the Archives at email@example.com or by calling 270-683-1545.

The following forms are to be filled out by each parish at the beginning of each calendar year and submitted to the Archives. If any of these sacraments was not performed at your parish, please submit a form indicating this. Use additional sheets as necessary.
